Tour Planning Colnago Road Bike Week April 2023  
In Desenzano del Garda at Lake Garda Italy

A 7-day Tour which can be booked from the 10th of April till the 17th of  April 2023.
Arrivals and departures will be on Mondays.

Important to know

• Arrival/Departure location: Desenzano del Garda – Lake Garda – Italy
• Check-in time: Between 14:30 and 18:30 o’clock
• Included:
  • A stay in a 4-person apartment
  • A buffet breakfast
  • Dinner with 3 courses
  • A guide service during the whole stay
  • The guide will be available full-time every day from 8:30 till 18:00

  • Lunch
  • Drinks or other consumption in bars during the bike rides
  • All kinds of transport
  • Bike rental
  • Tourist tax to be paid on site 
  • Technical assistance for your own bike
  • Race registration fee

The Tour

• Guests are free to join or reject a bike ride if they prefer to do other activities.
• In order to guarantee the maximum safety for all guests, every ride can be cancelled or shortened in case of bad weather.
  In this case the guide will suggest other activities and will decide with the group what activity to do.
  Every ride could also be planned for a different day due to any reason related to safety.
• Some level of fitness is required, the whole tour will be accessible for all bikers of any level.
• The guests will be asked to fill in an online form with personal details.
• The guests will be asked to sign a declaration regarding liability and their own responsibility.
